#015: Irresistible High-Ticket Offer
Words I believe: People don’t pay more because you do more. They pay more because they believe it gets them there faster.
Irresistible High-Ticket Offer
Let’s clear something up once and for all:
Adding more stuff to your program doesn’t make it high ticket.
I know you’ve heard people say,
“Just add more value!”
But here’s the problem: most coaches don’t actually know what value means.
They think it means:
â–¶ More modules
â–¶ More worksheets
â–¶ More group calls
â–¶ More things to do
But your most aligned, high-ticket clients?
They don’t want more work.
They want a faster, simpler path to the result.
Let’s pause here for a reality check.
Would you pay more for:
➡ “Three worksheets to help you write your offer”
or
➡ “A conversion copywriter to help you finalize your offer live on Zoom”?
Same destination.
Completely different perceived value.
This is the mistake I see so many smart coaches make:
They try to justify a $5K or $10K price tag by piling on deliverables—
when the real power is in how fast and how simply you help someone succeed.
The truth about high-ticket clients:
They’re not buying your curriculum.
They’re buying the shortcut.
They want:
â—ľSupport that gets them unstuck fast
â—ľStructure that keeps them focused
â—ľTools that do the heavy lifting
AND a coach who makes the path feel doable, not overwhelming
High-ticket clients will pay more for:
âś” Access
âś” Personalization
âś” Speed
âś” Confidence in results
They will not pay more for:
âś– Homework
âś– Vague promises
✖ “Stuff” they have to figure out on their own
How to actually build a high-ticket offer that converts
Here’s the framework I give my clients when they want to raise their prices without inflating their workload:
1. Start with your 3–5 Core Pillars
These are outcomes, not steps.
If you stripped away the bells and whistles — what transformation are you guiding them through?
Examples:
â—ľLaunch a group offer in 60 days
â—ľLand a $100K/year tech job without burning out
â—ľCreate a nutrition plan that fits real life
2. Break down the benefits
Functional:
What will they literally be able to do?
Experiential:
What will life look like while they’re in your program?
Emotional:
What will they feel when the work is done?
If your offer isn’t emotionally resonant, it won’t be perceived as transformational.
3. Choose deliverables that move the needle
This is where most coaches overcompensate.
Don’t ask: “What can I add?”
Ask: “What would make this easier/faster/more supportive for my client?”
Ideas to consider:
â—ľ1:1 Coaching (VIP or hybrid)
â—ľTemplates + swipe files
◾ Modules (only what’s essential!)
â—ľ AI prompts or walkthroughs
â—ľ Slack/email check-ins
â—ľ Client-only community
â—ľ Copy or funnel audits
◾ “Done-with-you” support
The fewer the better—if they’re targeted and powerful.
4. Finalize your price + access terms
Ask yourself:
➡ Would you pay this price for the transformation being offered?
➡ Does the delivery model make the results feel achievable?
Structure it clearly:
â—ľPay-in-full: $_________
â—ľPayment plan: $_____/mo for ____ months
â—ľLength: ____ weeks/months
â—ľAccess: 1:1, group, messaging, etc.
â—ľBonuses or limited-time perks?
◾What’s the risk reversal or promise?
"If this, then that" promise (ex: If you don’t land 3 calls, I’ll...)
5. Add urgency without pressure
Your dream clients don’t need hype. They need clarity.
Build urgency with integrity:
â—ľLimited enrollment spots
â—ľBonus expires
â—ľPrice increase coming
â—ľDecision deadline for current pricing
Here's what I want you to remember:
High-ticket clients pay for support, speed, and clarity—not clutter.
You don’t have to overwhelm them to impress them.
You have to make the result feel inevitable.
As promised, growth in under 5 minutes.
