#022: 10 Revenue Streams for Coaches
Words I Believe: You don’t have to run a group program to scale. There are other ways to create income and impact that align with how you work best.
Revenue Growth Without Group Coaching
Two weeks ago, I made a big decision:
I shut down my group coaching program.
Not because it wasn’t working, but because it wasn’t working for me.
I created that program to scale. But deep down, I’ve always cared more about impact than reach. More about depth than mass appeal. More about quality than quantity.
I realized I was helping my clients reach their goals, but I was starting to drift from mine.
So I took a step back.
Reconnected with the kind of coach I want to be.
And restructured everything to support that.
I’m back to 1:1 only—and thriving in it.
But here’s the truth:
When most coaches walk away from group programs, they think they’re walking away from growth.
You’re not. You’re making room for smarter, better-aligned revenue streams.
So today I want to share 10 ways to increase your revenue without needing a group offer.
Each one has been used by me or my clients, and each has its own pros and cons so you can choose what fits your goals.
