#021: Freedom or Frustration?
Words I Believe: You didn’t start your coaching business just to stay stuck in someone else’s version of success. You started it to feel more aligned. To live fully. To do work that actually means something. And deep down, you know, you’re meant for more than just pushing through.
Freedom or Frustration?
Last week, I shared something vulnerable.
I admitted that my business looked amazing on the outside, multi-6 figures, happy clients, freedom-filled schedule…
But something still felt off.
And when I opened up about it, the replies started pouring in.
From subscribers.
From clients.
From fellow coaches who felt the exact same way but didn’t know how to say it out loud.
So I want to flip the mirror onto you.
Have you been building a business that feeds your soul…
Or one that slowly chips away at your peace?
Have you been quietly holding it together while wondering…
→ Why am I still feeling anxious even when I hit my goals?
→ Why doesn’t success feel the way I thought it would?
→ Am I building something I’ll love 5 years from now… or something I’ll resent?
Let me be clear:
You don’t need to throw it all away.
But you do need to pause and check in with yourself.
Because burnout doesn’t always scream. Sometimes, it whispers in the form of boredom, restlessness, or feeling like you’ve outgrown your own vision.
I recently shared that I’ve made some bold changes in my own coaching business.
I decided to stop chasing the big goals just for the sake of hitting them. I’m choosing to build something that:
→ Fuels me
→ Feeds me
→ Fulfills me
→ Funds me
If you missed that newsletter, you can catch up here.
It’s one of the most personal pieces I’ve written and it marks a new chapter in how I coach, how I serve, and how I lead.
So now, I want to hold space for you.
Here are 8 questions to help you assess your alignment and realign with the business you actually want:
1/ What kind of work lights me up the most right now?
2/ What parts of my business feel draining or heavy?
3/ If I removed every “should,” what would my dream business look like?
4/ What’s one area of my business that no longer fits who I am?
5/ What do I want to be known for?
6/ What version of success actually feels right for me
7/ Am I building something I’ll still love in 5 years?
8/ What does a soul-aligned business look like for me?
Take 5 minutes to sit with these.
Be honest with yourself. Your next chapter starts with clarity.
Feel like you have to figure this out alone? You don’t have to. I’m here to support you just like you did for me.
I’m opening 5 spots for a reflection call with me. If this resonated, don’t wait. You have the opportunity to talk to someone who has been where you are.
→ Schedule a free reflection call with me. On this call, we’ll review your answers together, uncover what’s keeping you stuck, and map out a path that feels right for who you are now.
As promised, growth in under 5 minutes.
To your next chapter,
— Valincia
P.S. You don’t have to settle for success that feels misaligned. You can build something that feels light, aligned, and deeply fulfilling without sacrificing your income or impact. Let’s get you back to what matters. Schedule a free reflection call with me.
