#003: Freedom-First Business Model
Words I believe: If your business doesn’t give you freedom, it’s just another job.
Freedom-First Business Model
I see so many coaches chasing the next revenue goal while quietly drowning in their schedule.
They think they need more strategy, more content, or more clients.
But that’s not always the real problem.
Here’s what I’ve learned after building a multi-6-figure business in just 25 hours a week:
Most of us aren’t time poor.
We’re just managing the wrong things.
Here’s how to diagnose what’s actually holding you back — and what to do about it:
You’re likely freedom-constrained if…
- Your calendar is always packed
- You can’t imagine taking a full week off
- You’re doing everything yourself
- You’re still working like you’re in your 9–5
- Your energy is always on E
You’re freedom-aligned if…
- You take Fridays (or more) off consistently
- Your content attracts leads while you rest
- Your client delivery doesn’t depend on you 24/7
- You’ve delegated what doesn’t need your brain
- You know what to say yes/no to—and stick to it
Here’s what your business model should include:
1 Scalable Group Offer – The key is building a program that’s both engaging and supportive. Most group programs flop because the experience feels generic.
1 Sales Funnel – Pick what works and double down. (You already know I’m a fan of LinkedIn.)
1 Client Community – Create a space where people can ask questions, connect, and access resources without making it a second job to manage.
As promised, growth in under a minute.
