#004: The 3 C’s of Time Management
Words I believe: If you’re constantly working but still stuck, you’re probably spending your time in all the wrong places.
The 3 C’s of Time Management
Do you ever feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day?
You’re not alone. Most coaches are juggling clients, content, marketing, admin—and wondering why they’re still stuck in chaos.
Here’s the fix: Spend 80% of your time on what actually drives your business.
That’s Coaching, Conversations, and Content.
Let’s break it down:
1. Coaching
This is where your income starts.
Your job isn’t just to coach—it’s to retain clients by delivering real value.
• Focus on client results, not overstuffed programs
• Customize support where it matters most
• Treat every coaching call like it’s your best marketing tool
And if you don’t have clients yet?
Coach anyway. Offer free sessions, showcase your work, and create content that reflects your expertise.
2. Conversations
DMs, virtual chats, collaborations—this is where the magic happens.
Your next client is already one conversation away.
• Talk to ideal clients, referral partners, and strategic allies
• Don’t wait to “feel ready”—start the conversation
• Lead with value, not pressure
The more people who know you exist, the faster you grow.
3. Content
This is your visibility engine. Done well, it sells while you rest.
• Focus on quality and consistency
• Align your message with your ideal client’s needs
• Repurpose your best work—again and again
You don’t need to be everywhere. You need to be intentional.
And what about the other 20%?
This is where you take your power back:
• Automate the admin
• Delegate what doesn’t need your brain
• Eliminate what doesn’t move the needle
• Block off a few hours weekly to handle the rest
As promised, growth in under a minute.
Want help building a business that works with your time instead of against it?
Work smarter. Scale simpler.
