When I first started my business, I told myself I couldn’t afford help.
I assumed hiring a VA meant 20 hours a week or nothing.
But here's what I learned:
You don’t need more hours—you need the right focus.
I now work with a VA for just 2 hours a day—and it keeps my calendar full of qualified leads.
But let me be clear: that only works because I own the strategy.
Here’s where most coaches mess up:
They expect the VA to know what to do.
Big mistake.
At first, I had her doing engagement—liking, commenting, chasing visibility.
But I quickly realized…
That’s where I’m needed.
My voice. My personality. That’s the front end.
Her zone? The back end. Consistency, efficiency, volume.
Here’s what my VA now does in just 2 hours/day:
- Sends 20 connection requests to my ideal clients daily
- Sends first messages to warm leads (profile viewers, post supporters, etc.)
- Sends welcome DMs to new connections
That’s it.
I handle the DM convos.
She makes sure I always have people to talk to.
This strategy alone is why I only need 90 minutes a day on LinkedIn—and still close clients weekly.
