#001: The "Social Proof" Loop
Words I believe: You don't have to convince people how good your offer is, you just have to show them.
The "Social Proof" Loop
Most coaches believe they have to wait until the client writes a formal testimonial to share the wins their clients are experiencing.
But what if you could have an endless supply of social proof that keeps your content intriguing and gets potential customers to connect with you on a deeper level?
Here’s how it works:
In your offer, you should have small wins built in along the way.
Every time your client shares a win — boom — you have something to post. Instead of waiting to share the BIG transformation, share the small transformations happening right now.
Real example on how I'm incorporating this on LinkedIn:
Old way: I’d post a big quote graphic of a client testimonial. (Pretty...but barely got engagement.)
New way: I turn my clients' wins into short, relatable stories. Now, people DM me all the time saying how much they love hearing about my clients.
Examples:
She works full-time and still booked 15 sales calls in 2 weeks.
She thought she had to wait years to leave her 9-5.
More ways to use this:
-
Career Coach – share when your client lands a job interview
-
Health Coach – share when your client sticks to a new routine
-
Leadership Coach – share when your client has a breakthrough
-
Business Coach – share when your client sets up a new system
The key: It must be
-
Relevant (directly tied to your ideal client’s current goals or struggles)
-
Authentic (shared in your client’s real voice, not overly polished or scripted)
-
Relatable (simple enough for your audience to see themselves in the story)
-
Undeniable (a real win they can’t ignore — not a vague “win,” but something concrete)
Tiny, honest proof > big, empty promises. Every time.
And when you tell those stories well? Your next client is already watching.
As promised, growth in a minute.
